What is your return and exchange policy?

I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any of my products because they are all personal care products. They cannot be resold or reused. But, please contact me at if you have any problems with your order.


Do you accept cancellations?

Yes. Please submit your cancellation request along with your order number within 6 hours of purchase.


I received my order and I (the purchaser) made a mistake when inputting the order. What do I do?

Please send me an email at and reference your order number. If you would like them reprinted there will be a reprint fee plus the cost of shipping.


My items were printed incorrectly. What do I do?

I do my best to print and process orders as requested but occasionally can make a mistake. I keep a record of each order and can process reprint requests. Please email me at within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this time.

When emailing me, please include your order number, the nature of the problem, the number of replacements needed and when they are needed by. Please note, depending upon the nature of the problem I may ask you to email me a photo of the product(s).

Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (if the package weighs over 1 pound). I cannot be help responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event.


I received the wrong product. What do I do?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please send me an email at within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment.

I do my best to process orders as submitted and ship what is ordered. I do occasionally make an error as I am human. All errors and discrepancies MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. I will work to correct all errors reported within this time frame. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this 3 day time frame.
